Given that our user base is continually growing, as are orders, which results in a longer wait for us when we query the orders, we chose to archive orders that placed a long time ago. We would like to show you some changes that we made so you don't get lost while searching orders. Here are the changes: 1. The Default query time range for Store Orders: Orders created within 3 months.   2. Orders created for over 3 months under Awaiting Payment will be archived. 3. Orders created for over 6 months under Closed will be archived. 4. Orders will be archived 15 days after being closed. You can still search them using the CJ order number or the store order number.   If you want to search archived orders, what can you do? 1. Search with the specific order number. 2. Export orders to Export List.  You could export orders from "Store Orders".   Please do not hesitate to submit a ticket, write to our customer support ([email protected]), or consult an online agent in the chatroom if you have any questions. 

This tutorial explains how to configure TikTok US Shop platform logistics for your store on the CJ platform. Previously, only the East and West US warehouses supported TikTok platform logistics.

For orders placed on CJ, we will not put any invoices in the packages. However, CJ gives the option to generate the invoices for a bulk CJ order or orders during a period.  After adding the consignee information, you could select the way you need to get the invoices: Add invoice address; To generate invoices for a bulk CJ order: a.  Go to Store Orders > All; b. Find the order > Action > Click "Invoice" > Download. To generate invoices for orders during a period. a. Go to "Wallet > Billing History" and choose the start and end date. b. Click "Generate Invoice."     Add invoice address Go to My CJ > Profile > Invoice Address > Add new:     To generate invoices for a bulk CJ order: a.  Go to Store Orders > All; b. Find the order > Action > Click "Invoice" > Download. If you choose to declare with CJ's IOSS ID for EU countries, the VAT and CJ handling fee will also be displayed on the invoice.   To generate invoices for orders during a period of time. a. Go to "Wallet > Billing History" and choose the start and end time. b. Click "Generate Invoice", and the invoice containing orders during a certain time will be generated.
